Attorney Simmons provides free consultations as follows: 

• All estate planning package consultations are free for up to 60 minutes.  Additional time will be provided to clients who intend to hire Attorney Simmons

• All adoption consultations are free for up to 60 minutes for clients who do not hire Attorney Simmons.  However, if the client chooses to hire Attorney Simmons, that time will be billed at her hourly rate of $200.00/hour. 

• All estate and trust administration consultations are free for up to 45 minutes for clients who do not hire Attorney Simmons.  However, if the client chooses to hire Attorney Simmons, that time will be billed at the agreed upon rate of $200.00/hour or included in an itemized list of Attorney Simmons's time in a final calculation of the estate or trust's administration.
